You have two choices. You can either choose fear or you can choose faith, but you can't walk with both.

And I think what we try to do as people is walk with both. We've got a little bit of fear and we've got a little bit of faith. You have to choose one.

So when I heard that, I consciously was like, if I choose fear, I'm consistently going to be in a battle with myself because you're fighting. You're always fighting with fear. I want you. I don't want

you. I'm scared of you. But if I choose faith, I'm completely leaving it alone. It forces you to let go. And that's the hardest part

of faith is that it requires you to let go. When you are able to share and be vulnerable, it gives

the courage. I'm going to tear up because it really gives the courage of someone else being

able to be vulnerable. And then that person inspires someone in their family or someone else to be vulnerable.

And that's how you spread vulnerability and the courage to come out and share what we go through

as humans. It's understood that Allah's plans are always greater than ours, but how strong is your trust in him if after making doa, everything in your life begins to fall apart?

But what if this hadith wasn't just emphasizing its size, but also highlighting a specific characteristic?

Did you know that one mustard seed can produce a tree-like plant that is a little over six feet tall?

Imagine that, a tiny seed that has the ability

to grow into something larger than life. What if this hadith used a seed as an example to show how

having a tiny bit of faith can transform into complete reliance on Allah? After all, a green of sand

could have been used as an example, but sand doesn't have the ability to grow.
