in December.

That is really a tight squeeze to go through what's going to be hundreds of thousands, maybe

millions of pages of discovery.

To do their motions, they're going to have substantial motions here.

I don't know how much success they're going to have, but they have the right to bring

motions.

And to prep their defense, I think that's a tight fit.

We'll see if the judge.

I think the judge is going to try to schedule this case for before the election, but I think

January 2nd's optimistic for prosecutors.
