We're on to the 2026 season. After recapping the 2025 season in the past few weeks, it's time to

put the past behind and look ahead to the future with some early 2026 rankings. I'm John

Macri, joined as always by PFF's lead fantasy analyst Nathan Yonke. And for this episode of the

PFF Fantasy podcast, we're looking at Nate's early running back rankings for the 2026 season.

Right now, we're rookies are excluded from the list, but there might be room for them to come on

here later. We did a top 10 total player rankings already a few weeks ago now, but now we're

going to narrow it down by position. We got a few names in there, and we can kind of build off that.

So, Nate, I hope you're doing well and ready to rock some running back rankings.

Yeah, doing fine. We did talk about five of these running backs already, but four of them are going to have new

offensive coordinators. So there's already plenty to talk about for those players that we already

talked about a week ago. And running back, it's going to be a crazy position group to track all offseason.

Half the league is getting new offensive coordinators, a quarter of the league, have their

lead running backs as free agents.

So a lot's going to be changing in the running back landscape this off season.

Yeah, we're going to talk about a lot of them today because, yeah, a lot of these players are on teams with either new head coaches, new offensive coordinators, or we're still waiting on that information to come in, right? So, yeah, a lot can change here, a lot of offensive situations to kind of monitor. But yeah, we're going to, we're very early here. We're in January. So we're going to get lots of time to talk about these changes as they happen. But we're going to kind of look at things, how they stand as is, kind of project for the season ahead.
