You know, it totally depends on the situation. You know, we were texting a little bit, and I'm like a super newbie to the sport. But, Dan, I liked your take on this that you presented to us in

private, which I don't know if you'd want to share in public. Maybe not. No, I would never

share my thoughts on the Fernando Tatis Jr. controversy in public. No, I was saying, well, this is a bit,

this is a bit stale now. This is like last week's news. But the young Padres star, who we saw at West's Bachelor

Party a year ago, in fact. But now he's become a superstar. The Padres were kicking somebody's

ass. I think it was the Rangers last week. And it was a three-o count with the bases load late

in the game. His coach, his manager, the other team was hoping he would not swing at the meatball thrown right over the middle of the plate on three-o.

Tatis said, F it.

He said he didn't see the sign.

He hit it 430 feet.

Everybody was mad at him.

And then sports Twitter does this thing as someone that follows baseball very closely, and it's one of my

favorite, like, sports writer tropes concerning baseball, sports writers and baseball writers love

to let you know that they're on the side of being against the old rules, the way the game
