Then I had actually started on the day of his funeral, July 10th.

I put little pieces of paper in the funeral home for people to fill out.

And I had them write down their name and their contact information,

and I reached out to them and let them know that we were having this meeting.

But it was definitely very heartwarming.

And I've got to say that ever since that day, my community has been incredibly supportive of us and the work that we're doing.

And I can't say that it's always been that way, but I'm very glad that it has been that way for the last four plus years.
