Summary

Carl Eugene Watts, AKA The Sunday Morning Slasher aka Coral. The attacks seemed motiveless, random attacks, often committed between 3am and 5am on peaceful Sunday mornings. In this first part of the episode we set the table for you by describing where Watts grew up and where he committed his crimes. We discuss the details of his early life and early crimes. We also get into the early part of the investigation into Watts' crimes.
