As I learn more about what it means to be a good boyfriend, to be a man of God, and be a good leader in that relationship, I did find a bit of my identity and my validation in trying to be as perfect as I can.

Emotional intimacy and love is also a very strong drug. And once you find validation in that realm, you know relationships get messy. I mean, it can get very, very addicting.

And it gets scary to be alone, too. Leaving is scarier than. Yep. There you go. Yep. Trying to get out. Being by myself is so scary that I don't want to figure that out right now. Yeah. Because I can't, if I'm honest, I don't really know what's going on in here. Well, you found your way back to the Wild at Heart podcast.

of need that young men are looking for counsel, advice, direction.

I want you to just tune in for a moment to your condition.

How are you?

Where are you?

Just tune in.

The purpose of the pause is to restore your connection with God.

That's a difficult thing to do if you're spinning or you're upset or you're shut down or you are afraid.

So just tune into your condition because that is where God wants to come.
