I mean, that's a thundering truth. I'm like, what? And he thundered into my spirit again. They said, what is the lie that I believe? And just like that, I could see the picture of the enemy. He's got me by this road. I can get you anytime, anywhere, and God will never stop me. And the Lord thundered back. Susie, you are a seasoned, serious believer. You're a serious follower of Christ, but you have believed that lie your whole life, and it is not true. You have no idea what I have prevented in your life. You have no idea how much I provided for you. I am not

going to let you lose, but I have to let you fight. Hey, welcome back, everyone, to the Wild at Heart

podcast. We're in the midst of a series that began just out of something I was saying to myself

over the last year, I'll be in conversations

or I'll come out of a session with someone. And I just would say to myself, I don't know how

people can survive without. And then I would fill in what I felt was needed in that moment or needed for all of us.

And that prompted a series where I'm inviting in some trusted voices to help us think about,

oh my gosh, right, how I can't survive without what they are bringing, each piece that

they're bringing, whether it's beauty or attending to unattended grief and things like that.

So we are going to jump into the next session of this episode and I'm going to introduce

a friend of mine. Oh, friends, we have a special treat this

week. This is an old friend that I'm getting to introduce to you now, Susie Larson. Some of you

know her, maybe many, many of you know her and I've heard her on the air over the years.

She has been immensely kind to me over the years as I've been releasing books.

She would have me on her show.

And last spring, when we were talking about the release of Experience Jesus, really, I just said, Susie, it's time. It's time for you

to come onto our show and into our audience and let them hear your heart. Because the thing,

I'll be honest, friends, like you get into the Christian broadcasting world and it's a mixed

bag out there. And then you meet people who actually really love Jesus and are deeply, deeply committed to him.

And Susie's one of those people.

And so that's why there is an immediate kinship.

There is a real affection and a real sense of shared mission together for God's people.
