0:37.1	So when I'm trying to schedule an appointment,

0:43.6	we should have a Zoom call
0:45.3	or a couple of coffee or whatever the case may be, okay?
0:48.3	So I'm reaching out, I'm saying,
0:50.3	hey, let's meet, let's get to know each other one on one.
0:56.3	And then, and the next message,
1:00.8	they throw over their calendar link.
