What have you been up to in the beginnings of summer?

Well, I've been back. I think I was talking last time, wasn't I, about a little grumbling

Achilles, a little grumbling heel? Indeed. I've been easing myself gently back into a bit

of regular running. And this morning today, I did five miles where I was

95% pain free again. So I'm like thrilled with that. You know when you, when you do a run,

you've had an injury for a bit. And then you come back to running and you go, I didn't feel it.
