Oh my gosh, I'm so excited for this episode. First of all, I feel like we have so much to talk

underway. But this last weekend, I was in Chicago for the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle.

It's put on by the Chicago Marathon event crew. And it was such a fun celebration. Even though

it rained and it was bitterly cold. They like to say it's

the coming of spring this race, welcoming spring. And I guess it's for in my assessment of it,

the days are getting longer, so more opportunities to get out and run. But I got to run the 8K. It was

the 20th anniversary of my American 8K record there. It's my only record out of the 10

that I have once held that still stands today. Wow. But I ran it much slower this time

around. I ran with Galen Rupp, two-time Olympic medalist Galen Rupp, and Tina Muir from the UK.
