Summary

We know that much of the upheaval of cultural morality today is partly due to the influence of both modern and historic feminism, but are we doing justice to feminism by saying it was all bad from the start? In my conversation with Erika Bachiochi, we discuss the two divergent strands of historic feminism that dealt with the prevailing inequalities of their day in two different ways: one that was Christian, virtuous, and pro-family at root and another that was individualistic with the desire to uproot the family unit. Now that the popular strand of feminism is visibly in collapse, Erika believes that now is the time to reclaim feminism by living out the vision of the right feminists.
