Today we have Carleen Thomas in the studio, or not physically in the studio, but calling in.

And Carleen is a registered dietitian. She's a food photographer, a recipe content creator based

out of DC in the Virginia one country. She and her husband Chris run a food and beverage

content creation company that focuses on videography, photography, and stop motion on digital

platforms for national brands. Carleen loves recipes with indulgent ingredients. She creates

dishes that are flavor-forward and very balanced. Yes, and we, I came across Carleen's blog

probably like five years, I don't know, a while back. And I remember loving it and sending it

to Wendy like, oh my god, this girl looks so cool. I love her blog. I love her marketing.

And it's just kind of evolved throughout the years. And we actually ended up meeting Carleen at

Benzi, which is the food and nutrition conference and expo maybe like what three years ago.

And went to her talk and had been stalking her prior, but it was really nice to like, yeah,

actually talked to her. And then we've become friends. And she has always had our back. So we're super

excited to have Carleen on the podcast. So welcome, Carleen. Thanks for having me. Yeah, I was

thinking about when I was getting ready to do this interview with you guys how we ended up meeting.

And I was like, it was the fancy where for some reason the Academy of Nutrition diatetics was

like, hey, let's bring this girl to talk to people about starting a career in diatetics where

she actually shit talks everything that happens with the Academy and how nothing worked out and how
