1:19.0	big. And I see it in Instagram, but I feel as though it's a little bit more difficult,

1:28.7	new women. If you're new and you're a woman listening to this, what would you say to somebody
1:35.0	like that? I would say, one, you're not crazy. That goes for men and women.
