As men, we’re taught not to own our feelings. We’re taught to just suck it up and keep it moving. The truth is, changed only happened for me once I started to be honest with myself and began living by a code. In this episode, I detail the code that I’ve been living by which has helped me emerge from this hole I was buried in.
