All right, let's go. Martin, what a busy couple of weeks you have had, particularly with the London Marathon.

What have you been up to and tell us about your London Marathon experience?

And now it's been really hectic actually, so much so that when I got home on Monday,

I said to Liz, wish I could take my brain out and just wash it

like just wash it and then put it back in again because I'd spent the whole week kind of you

from all the people that you speak to and long days so yeah but I spent the week down at the running show, which is in the Excel Center in docklands in London

Right by Royal Victoria Docks where 55,000 people go through the doors to collect their

race chips and their race numbers and they visit the London Marathon running show

stands and listen to talks on the central stage which I was doing four times a day.

So you know I met so many brilliant runners during the week. In fact, Dina, I had a lot of people come up to me saying,
