0:30.1	All right, let's go. Martin, what a busy couple of weeks you have had, particularly with the London Marathon.
0:42.0	What have you been up to and tell us about your London Marathon experience?
0:46.3	And now it's been really hectic actually, so much so that when I got home on Monday,
0:52.0	I said to Liz, wish I could take my brain out and just wash it
0:55.3	like just wash it and then put it back in again because I'd spent the whole week kind of you
1:02.1	know when it's high levels of sort of stimulation
1:06.5	from all the people that you speak to and long days so yeah but I spent the week down at the running show, which is in the Excel Center in docklands in London
1:19.7	Right by Royal Victoria Docks where 55,000 people go through the doors to collect their
1:27.3	race chips and their race numbers and they visit the London Marathon running show
1:31.4	stands and listen to talks on the central stage which I was doing four times a day.
1:38.0	So you know I met so many brilliant runners during the week. In fact, Dina, I had a lot of people come up to me saying,
1:46.6	we love marathon talk, so thank you very much. And several Americans actually.
1:51.7	That's amazing. But there, it was was a we're going to talk a little more
