As any of my long-time listeners know, I’ve long been intrigued by the potential benefits of plant based medicine. Today begins a seven day journey where I catalog my weeklong trip down to Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica. As you’ll come to see, there’s so much more to Rythmia than simply plant-based medicine. Needless to say, I was blown away by the accommodations when we arrived. For anyone who wants to get a bit more familiar with Rythmia, be sure to check out episode 306 with Brandee Powell, the co-founder of Rythmia. If there’s one week of the podcast you don’t want to miss, it’s most certainly this.

0:17.8 | I'm your host Ryan Nidell and today is day one |
0:20.2 | from Rhythmia Life Advancement Center. So today, Lindy and I traveled across half the |
0:27.5 | globe, right? Incredibly so in typical Lindsay and Ryan fashion. We waited on flight and she communicated with me and I didn't communicate back and I take sole onus for the situation but one ended up happening is we had to drive from Columbus Ohio |
0:45.6 | to Indianapolis, Indiana to catch a flight. The flights out of Columbus had bad |

0:54.7 | you that might not be familiar with that amount of distance and time and travel, it's about |
0:59.2 | a three hour and ten minute drive, which I like to drive, inherently there's no issue for me with that |
1:04.3 | but the issue becomes our flight took off at 7.40 in the morning I take them back 8.40 in the morning. And with it being an international |
1:14.8 | flight, we had to be there early. So we are up and on the road by 4 a.m. Like out of the house |
1:20.3 | at 4 a.m. So my alarm clock went off at 3.30. Which in its own right wouldn't be that big of a deal other than the night before. Friday evening I was in Detroit, Michigan, interviewing a guest for the show, Kendra, and our interview |

1:40.1 | So we stayed in the hotel, Kurt and I, that evening, |

1:49.6 | Right, so such a short amount of sleep there, |
1:52.3 | drive home, get everything put together, make sure everything's packed up and dialed in, do some shopping with Lindsay to make sure we have all the things we need, get to bed by 10, 30, maybe 11, and then it's back up at 3. |
2:04.6 | So needless to say, but was pretty tired. |
2:08.6 | We get to Indianapolis with no headaches. |
2:10.9 | Check in, great airport. |
2:12.2 | I hadn't been there before. Very friendly, very |
2:15.0 | quick, very courteous. We go from Indianapolis over to Charlotte and then from |
