How do you really set goals? The most important thing is being completely honest with ourselves. If we can’t be honest about where we currently stand, we can’t hope to achieve any goal we set. Gratitude, visualization, and planning are essential for any accomplishment. In today’s episode, I give you my framework for goal setting and explain how you can utilize it in your own life.
