Summary

The 2024 Abbott World Marathon Majors season has arrived! It all starts this Sunday in Tokyo with Eliud Kipchoge AND Sifan Hassan both on the start line.

This episode we dive into the elite races, talk pre-race prep and preview a crop of Six Star hopefuls looking to get their hands on that medal.

1:08.8	So it starts off by having a child come in the house who says, I'm feeling a bit under the weather.
1:16.4	And then six weeks later, it's like ravaged its way through the entire house.
1:21.6	We've all gone down with the flu and we're all sort of trying to come out
1:26.8	the other side. I think I'm actually fairing a little better than Liz. So I've started running again and I've been out of my bike for a beautiful bike ride. But that aside, everything is low intensity. I can feel it. You know when you've had a bug and you think to yourself right I want to get back into running and I think this is the right time
1:46.3	I'm pretty certain the virus part of the bug has gone and I need to sort of gently
1:52.4	gently ease back into a run you know that that's where I am.
