Summary

Belonging is essential to the human existence. We all need a tribe that understands us in order for us to excel, no exceptions. Without a tribe we lack emotional support, we lack people that have skills to lift us up in business and relationships, and we limit our own progress because we simply can’t handle something. So what’s the biggest issue when seeking out a tribe? Most of us do so before we ever know ourselves or what we want in life. This inevitably means we wind up surrounding ourselves with people that don’t serve where we want to go. On today’s episode, you’re going to learn how to find yourself so you better know how to build a tribe of people who will support you.
