Commitments to ourselves are the easiest to break, but they are the most damaging long-term. I’m going to be honest, I wanted no part of recording this episode. After working a long day of constant phone calls, I’m beat. The reality of the situation is that with three events coming up within the next month-and-a-half, I can’t deviate from the content schedule we developed or we’ll be in a jam. Where is this true in other parts of your life? Are you getting yourself in a jam because you tell yourself you’ll do something later only to have a new challenge come up as well? Today’s episode is about getting brutally honest with ourselves and investigating how our commitments are holding ourselves back.
