Summary
Believe it or not, we’re all playing a game. In this game of life, we’re generally triggered by one of four things: hunger, anger, loneliness, and fatigue. In essence what these things represent are basic human needs that can prevent you from becoming the greatest version of yourself if they aren’t dealt with. If you’re constantly hungry, angry, lonely, and tired you’re never going to have the time, energy, or resources to focus on the things you really want to do. What’s the solution? Finding balance. Listen to find out how I dealt with my own loneliness and how you can apply my tactics to your situation.
