I was at the running event in Austin, Texas.

And my biggest takeaway from that,

the week is just packed with events from Happy Hour. away from happy hour after happy hour to multiple group runs organized each

morning but my favorite of them all was a trash cleanup around Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas.

It was before the week really even kicked off.

So I was shocked that more than 100 people showed up to run and clean up trash around this lake and I just

reflected on our time sharing those kilometers together that people really look for ways to give back and it was such a rewarding morning to start the

week in that way to make Austin a more beautiful place.

So it was a really, really fun week with a lot of vendors and events going on it was a privilege to be a part of it just

really fantastic with a lot of what a lot of vendors vendors like oh vendors yeah like

different oh like little sales. Yeah, so sometimes when you go to these events like the running event I've not been but I'm assuming it's a you know big kind of running industry celebration in Austin.

You know, to your point of trash clean up, it's really important.
