Hello and welcome to another edition of the Byron York show. If you've listened even once you know this is the no

chit chat podcast and today we're going to have no chit chat to start out with and

we're going to have no guest today because there are a number of things that I'd like to discuss about

impeachment I think are really really important and I'm just going to go through

go through what they are first of, it's absolutely clear that Democrats are just completely improvising

what is going on.

The next hearing of the House Judiciary Committee is scheduled for Monday.

And the purpose of the hearing is supposedly for the House Intelligence Committee

to hand over its findings on impeachment, to the House Judiciary

Committee, which is now handling the impeachment issue.

And we all know that the House Intelligence Committee just published a 300 page report on its findings.

And anybody can go look at all of them.

And it's not entirely clear why there needs to be some sort of hearing to quote

hand over these findings apparently that the two lawyers Daniel Goldman the the

council for the majority on the House Intelligence Committee and Stephen

Castor council for the minority on the committee are going to go talk about this to the

Judiciary Committee.

So you could have a case in which we have a bunch of lawyers questioning each other and you

know why is this necessary I do think that it is part of of a continuing plan of Democrats to try to turn in, turn the impeachment issue into some

sort of compelling television and to command more airtime for their hearings.

It's been remarkable so far, all of the hearings that were scheduled and held by the Intelligence Committee.
