So let's just start off a little bit with kind of our cooking routines.

So before we met, let's talk about our routine. So what was your routine before we met?

Well my routine was I did not have a routine which is a pretty ironic because in other aspects

of my life I'm very detail-oriented and very task-driven but for whatever reason when it just came

to meal planning and just taking the proper steps to making sure that you actually have a plan

in place, I just did not have one so it was pretty much off the cuff, very sporadic and random.

It would just be almost on a day-to-day basis. I would just get home from work, do a workout and then

figure it out like in that moment. So it often led to making a pesto chicken pasta, which was my go-to.

What you've never made that. You just make regular marinara pasta, worth the pesto in the chicken.

I'm more of a meal planner and I think it's a little bit easier to make healthy choices when you

have a little bit of a plan and also I like to eat dinner really early like five or six so just like
