I started a new job as a matchmaker and I love it. What do you mean? I'm a matchmaker now. How does one become a matchmaker?

1:02.0

So I work with clients and I do like an intake call of them get a sense of what they're looking for and then I go through both like we have our own database but then we also have external recruiting efforts and so it's so cool because I just get to spend like hours talking about to people about like what they look for in a partner and a lover and it's just like a fascinating insight into human and condition and dating.

1:23.0

Did you start start already? Yeah I did. I have four clients. Have you said anyone up yet? I mean in the process so we have to screen anybody who we want to set our clients up with like we have to screen them on a separate call so I have some screenings bug for the end of this week.

1:39.0

What happens? Like how do you get rate? Like how like a performance review? Like how are you reviewed? Like what if does someone need to get married within the first year on the job or how does one define success?

1:54.0

Well there's so at the end of a date clients will fill out a feedback form of the date so if you set people up on a lot of five star dates or just there's sort of like a bunch of like data things that they keep track of like how quickly you're able to find clients for people and it's also just about kind of someone's own personal experience so if a client thinks you're not doing a good enough job they can say peace I want a new matchmaker.

2:15.0

And do you have women and clients both? I vote. Okay I'm going to ask more questions about this job as it as it continues.
