0:38.0	about it's taking like 25 hours to get home and you're absolutely exhausted. I'm so tired my day yesterday was

0:51.0	really deep into those performances in our show today, but then it took me so long to get home to California 25 hours after I woke up in New York City.
1:02.0	I finally made it home three hours asleep I'm doing this show with so if I'm a little out of it please forgive me.
1:10.0	But it was just an amazing weekend in New York City.
1:13.6	The races were exceptional as they were all season long.
1:18.3	But one of the highlights for me was at the Expo.
1:21.1	You get to do this so often, be on the race
1:24.2	expo stage and interviewing people and pulling out some great stories.
1:28.6	I got a chance to moderate a panel discussion with the CEO of the Abbott World Marathon majors Donna Stone
1:34.9	who has been on our show before and all six people representative of the World
1:41.1	Marathon majors so it was really fun and the takeaway was just the
1:44.9	camaraderie among them no there's there's fights for world records and and
1:50.1	the best performances of the year,
1:52.6	but really they learn from each other.
