really deep into those performances in our show today, but then it took me so long to get home to California 25 hours after I woke up in New York City.

I finally made it home three hours asleep I'm doing this show with so if I'm a little out of it please forgive me.

But it was just an amazing weekend in New York City.

The races were exceptional as they were all season long.

But one of the highlights for me was at the Expo.

I got a chance to moderate a panel discussion with the CEO of the Abbott World Marathon majors Donna Stone

camaraderie among them no there's there's fights for world records and and
