Summary

What decisions have you made today? From getting out of bed to shutting off the alarm clock to showering and so on, we’re constantly making decisions whether we consciously realize it or not. So what happens when you run out of the ability to make decisions? That happened to me today prior to recording this podcast. It made me realize that even though I’ve been making progress, i still need to further systematize and simplify my life. How can you start to move in that direction? The most important thing is to just start, remain consistent, and build from there.
