Summary

When is talking behind someone’s back actually talking behind your own? 100% of the time. This might be a confusing idea to some, but I can profess the truth from my own personal experience. When we judge and gossip about other people, it’s actually a reflection of our own insecurities. It limits our ability to grow as individuals because we are operating from a state of lack. How can we combat this? When we find ourselves judging other people, we must take a deep look within ourselves.
