Taylor holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has a deep passion for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EDMR). Today Taylor and I walk through what a counseling sessions can potentially look like while discussing some past difficulties I faced.
