I prefer to take the approach of asking a lot of questions of people. I did this with somebody

who was brand new talking to them. And I don't remember what the issue was. They were kind of

complaining about something. And they had the right answer for why something was going on, but they got there the wrong way.

And they were learning the wrong lesson about being right.

And so I just asked some questions, really open-ended questions, got them to talk, and then I could summarize at the end.

You know, it sounds like this is what's really going on.

Yeah, that's what it is. And I would prefer both in business

and talking to somebody in the fellowship to ask some questions and get them to self-discover.

If we want to say officially what the, what A is in 12 steps but man that fellowship is important

we just got done steve with the our joe and charlie and i would say that fellowship that we had

was one of the most important pieces and i think the thing we got most out of it after we all agreed

nobody wanted to do this in the first place.

Yeah, that fellowship to me is, it's a linchpin of my recovery.
