0:56.7	These are big shoes. These are big shoes What have you been up to have you been just preparing for weeks for this?
1:03.0	I'd be lying if I said I'd be preparing for weeks.
1:05.0	I'd be lying, but you know I've known this day was coming for a couple of months
1:09.0	when we got together and we looked at the calendar so it's a pleasure it's an honor and what have I been up to I've been
1:16.3	I've been recovering from a five-a-side football tournament my kids both my girls play football and
1:25.7	the weekend before last it was the dads and coaches five-a-side tournaments so some of us dads and coaches got a team together we got got to the final, we won it, but my legs still haven't recovered.
1:36.0	I've never, I don't know about you, but I've never done that much exercise on a rock-hard
1:41.6	astroturf surface for that long and my hips and my knees and my quads
1:46.5	didn't forgive me for it for most of the week so I'm just about over that.
1:50.4	But you're always into adventure I feel like you probably know a good massage therapist you're pretty active you know a good massage therapist help you work out those kinks.
1:58.0	They definitely come in handy when when you reach a certain age and you like to stay fit there's a lot more maintenance that needs to go on isn't there when you want to stay active these days.
