1:13.5	The Miranda Warning is often also referred to as being read your Miranda rights, as they outline
1:21.2	your constitutional Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights to ensure you understand them. If you invoke your Miranda rights, then that
1:30.4	means you've either chosen to remain silent or you have requested an attorney, and either way,
1:36.3	the interrogation must cease. And these are the results of a Supreme Court decision in 1966 in the Miranda v. Arizona case.
