Lake Cumberland is a reservoir in Kentucky that was originally intended for flood prevention and for the creation of hydroelectric power.

However, with over 1,200 miles of shoreline, according to the Kentucky tourism site, it is, quote, one of the largest and most visited lakes in the eastern United States, and quote, And it is massive, spanning more than 65,000 acres across multiple Kentucky counties, including

But beyond the beauty of the natural landscape, like so many places we cover on this show,

area in Kentucky who went missing in 2022 around Independence Day,

either July 4th or July 5th. Despite his family searching for him from the moment they discovered
