0:45.0	Well, I have boringly been sitting in front of the computer writing a speech, an important
0:49.2	speech for later this year, but on our last show I said I was going out to Santa Cruz Island, and I was able to do that.
0:56.3	My daughter and I took a ferry ride over to Santa Cruz Island, 30 miles off the Santa Barbara
1:02.0	Coast. It's one of five islands that make up the Channel Islands National Park and it was unbelievable.
1:08.7	On the boat right out there, we saw two humpback whales when we docked. When we docked, we saw two bald eagles.
1:17.0	Then as we went on this big hike on the bluffs,
1:19.8	we turned this corner and there was a little island fox in front of us.
1:23.7	It's the only place in the world, this fox.
1:26.3	It went from, I think first a regular size fox, but over evolutionary time, it became this
1:32.1	smaller version about the size of a house cat and it was an incredible day. I highly recommend it to anybody in California to head out there.
