He confessed to the rape and murder of a twelve-year-old girl in 1996 and the unsolved murder of an eight-year-old girl in 1985. Kondro was a close friend of both girls’ families. He was also a prime suspect in the 1982 strangulation murder of another eight-year-old girl. First, we dive into the setting (12:27), the killers early life (27:02) and the timeline (34:44).
