0:52.2	At a certain point in your business, you're going to get to this stage where you are massively overwhelmed because you're doing everything yourself. So there's going to be thoughts about, number one, what do I delegate out? How do I even do this process? And then also energetically, the things that are going to be coming up for you around feeling comfortable outsourcing. So many of my clients, the first thing that they'll ever say is, I just want to duplicate myself. I want to clone myself. I just want to be able to just have somebody do it because I don't trust that it's going to get done in the way that I want it to get done. So we're going to be diving into that. First things first, when it comes to the actual logistic part of this, right? Not the energetic side. When you are
1:28.1	delegating things out, you are doing everything in your business from marketing to client care,
1:33.4	to customer service, to maybe ads, any of those things. What I want you to do is I want you to
1:39.3	think about what out of those tasks do I actually enjoy doing and are my area of genius?
1:47.4	And then from there, I want you to kind of lay out all of the things.
1:50.9	Maybe you can do this on a Google Doc.
1:53.0	Maybe you can do this on a piece of paper.
1:54.4	Just really start to be aware of all of the areas that you actually are operating in your
1:59.6	business, from marketing to sales,
2:01.5	to conversations, DMs, social media, client care, customer service. And then from there,
2:08.6	start to go down that list that you have and start to do a one to five. So five being, yes,
