Summary
Leadership isn’t a title you suddenly feel ready for, it’s something you grow into.
In this episode of the Jamie Sea Show, Jamie reflects on when she first felt like a leader and the internal work that followed. Jamie talks through how she untangled her discomfort with the word “leader,” what it took to release the fear of people leaving her team, and how she began defining heart-led leadership in a way that actually felt good for her nervous system.
Throughout the conversation, Jamie shares the practices and mindset shifts that you can start tapping into right away as you step into leading yourself and your team.
You’ll love this episode if you’re growing into leadership and trying to make it feel more you — a little softer, a little steadier, a lot more honest.
