Well, you have been way busier than I have. I sat in the comforts of my home watching the London Marathon but I feel like we have so much to talk about in this show because that was such an exciting day on the streets of London. I've been nursing my daughter back to

health from her broken arm and she's doing a lot better. Is she good? Is she

back like moving comfortably and things like that.

I guess she's not back on the slopes or anything like that yet.

She's still, her range of motion isn't great.

She's still in a sling and, but I do notice her using her arm a little more like grabbing things despite. So she's on the men. Kids heel so quickly. We were able to go on a family hike yesterday up in the snow and we went to a

campsite that will be staying at in about five weeks I think it's going to

get canceled it's still under 10 feet of snow so So it has been a crazy winter. The sun's been shining, the snow's been melting,

but there is still a lot left in the in the backcountry. So it looks as though our yearly annual camping trip will not happen this year.
