Summary

Every once in a while the process breaks. The process broke this week. While trying to record two interviews for the podcast, we had a massive failure. When going to check for the files, we found that neither of the interviews recorded. At the end of the day, there was no one to blame but myself. Today I take a deep dive into the importance of extreme ownership in the face of a mistake.
