It's full of actionable items and wisdom for anyone looking to improve their mindset and get shit done! But a word of warning, it takes more than just three minutes a day to be successful, to become great, to achieve your goals. Knowledge isn't really power, and what he teaches in his book doesn't work unless you apply it to every area of your life.
