Now that I’ve got your attention, let’s get down to what really matters. No, I’m not talking about sex, though it can be part of it. I’m referring to the things that relationships are built off of; a hand on the small of the back, holding hands, watching a movie together on the couch, and so on. Listen as Lindsay and I talk about how we develop intimacy in our own relationship and how you can find it in yours.

0:53.6	fucking world blew up. Sure and there's to me a massive difference between
0:57.8	intimacy and sex. Yes. Like massive. And so part of today's episode is understanding the difference between the two and how to navigate those waters.
1:08.0	So as we just shared, no idea where this is going to go in typical Ryan and Lindsay fashion like I am
1:14.0	predetermined I've taken something called a Colby index test and I am the
1:17.7	quintessential fast start and what that means is on a fast art scale like
1:21.3	there's four different variables you could be I even pay
1:23.2	attention to the other ones there are all like twos and threes and my fast art
1:25.8	was a ten like I'm the one that hears something see something and I'm
1:28.9	freaking off to the races. Lindsay I'm going guess, is more of a researcher.
