Summary

Reality is simply the unfolding of countless causes across time, and our problems arise when we resist what is, rather than accept it. Our minds become disturbed due to personalization, judgment, and the suppression of experiences we can’t handle, which results in inner energy blockages (samskaras).

Spiritual liberation means learning to handle reality exactly as it is, letting go of suppression and control, and allowing the natural energy of life to flow through us without obstruction. This leaves us in a state of clarity from which we can make decisions that are in harmony with life, rather than fighting with it.

1:24.4	You get down at that level, keeping track of all that stuff. What about what happened
1:31.3	today? The earth revolved on this axis. I know you must think I'm crazy, but that's what happened.
1:42.8	Do you ever think about that? That's all that happened today.
1:46.0	This ball in the middle of nowhere's revolved on its axis
1:53.0	and returned to the point that you started measuring.
1:57.0	What's wrong with that?
1:59.0	I'm begging you to get out of the mess that we make with ourselves and get clear.
2:06.6	And then people say, well, that's not reality.
2:08.5	Oh, yes, that is reality.
2:09.9	That's what happened today.
2:11.8	The earth revolve on its axis.
2:14.1	And the second question becomes, do you have a problem with that?
2:17.5	Which of you have a problem that the earth evolved on its axis today?
