Summary

Stress and suffering arise not from external events but from our internal resistance to them—based on our inner preferences, fears, and desires toward what is happening. The outer world manifests from vast cosmic forces beyond our control, while our inner reactions are shaped by past impressions we have held onto. The path to liberation lies in relaxing and letting go of resistance, allowing life to flow through us without obstruction, thus opening to inner peace, joy, and spiritual freedom.

2:04.8

period. It can create stress in the body, because stress is inherited by the forces pushing down.

2:12.9

It's not just what it's pushing against, it feels it, everything below it, it feels the tendency to push

2:18.0

down, the air to compress, it passes through. So if you feel stress and your body tightens up,

2:24.3

it's due to this pressure, this opposing two forces. So people talk about, I don't want to feel

2:29.7

stress, I feel stress, what do I do? They should talk about what are the opposing forces.
