1:09.0	is the difference between an offshore virtual assistant and a local virtual
1:14.6	assistant and just compare the two so that you're better well versed and then
1:20.4	you can make a good decision on which way to go if you're thinking about it or
1:27.2	re-evaluate your current situation to see maybe you need to make some changes or maybe you need to tweak some things. So personally I do use
1:35.2	virtual assistance. We have virtual people that we hire as employees and then we have contract virtual assistance.
1:44.8	So it just depends on the situation and what your needs are.
1:48.5	And also the requirement of the virtual assistant.
1:51.4	Maybe they don't want to be an employee. Maybe they have other. of the
1:55.0	requirement of the virtual system. Maybe they have other clients that they work with and what have you.
