Hey there, this is Kat Kat and this is your marketing minute. Today I want to talk to

you about managing your clients.

So we all have a client or two that tends to be a little bit on the anxiety side or creates a little bit of stress for you or some of your team

members and I think the thing that you want to do is you don't want to completely

fire your client unless they're really driving

walkers. What you want to do is you want to coach and train your team how to

manage their clients because just like you have to manage their clients.

Because just like you have to manage people

within your organization and your team,

you also have to manage your clients.

And that's the

means laying down like groundwork, laying down like boundaries.

I guess that's the perfect word I wanted to say.
