My name is Matt Jay and on on this show, we're here to share our experience, strength, and hope recovering from addiction. We don't speak for any 12-step group, but we do try to remain anonymous. The goal of this podcast is to share experience, strength, and hope. And I hope you enjoyed part one, my two-part interview with Greg, which started last

week. We rolled tape and we just kept going on and on and on and had a really great conversation.

And what I want to do is pick up on where we left off last week.

So here's more of my interview with Greg.

It was funny because we were talking about this earlier.

And that's something that really scared me.

And what are some of the things that you do through the holidays,

through these tough times to get yourself

through it? I probably don't do enough. I know that. I am not going to enough meetings as far as I'm

concerned and that's a goal of mine. Great question.

I do pick up the phone and I talk to people.

Part of it is doing this podcast.

On the sly,

I almost feel like I'm doing this.

And for the hour or so that I do this,

I'm getting helped.
