Welcome to Unexplains 2019 Halloween Special with me Richard McLean Smith. Before we

begin, I have to issue a warning that the following experience will contain

scenes of an extremely graphic, intense and sometimes bloody nature which may

distress some listeners. Parental discretion is advised. And now that's out

of the way. If you're still here, let's proceed. I want you to imagine your

12 years old riding a bike along a small deserted country lane, zipping along

its speed past fields of wheat and bright yellow sunflowers. All about as far

as your eyes can see, you're surrounded by rolling hills in many shades of

fawn and green, dotted with small clumps of trees and pretty hedgerows. Up

above, a majestic golden sun, the warmth of which you feel on your skin, sits

high in a pale, cloudless sky that seems to stretch out forever. Cycling

faster now, you feel the cooling air on your face as you whizz along the road.

Up ahead in the distance, you see a small forest, into which the road disappears.

The final stretch of the journey back to your grandmother's house, where your
