Hey, everybody. How you doing here? It's, um, smile log number four. This is, this is Walt Tremblay and, um, you know, my landlord, Stan, my, you know, he's not with us today. Stan Q Day. Uh, uh, you know, I'm just giving you some kind of background information. So you know where my mental state is because I'm a wreck. I haven't got any sleep. I don't know what to do. I got these thought patterns, intrusive thoughts. I saw that in a commercial once. And I laughed at it thinking, there's no way.

There's no way that's a thing, you know, that that's like a medication you could have for.

Like intrusive thoughts.

What do you do?

I have some whiskey, you know, fighting the bad memories with a glass of whiskey in my, you know, 40th floor office staring out the window.

Like, no.

But I got him.

I got intrusive thoughts and I can't, I don't know what to do.

So I waited, you know, I wanted to record one.

I know I recorded the last one with Stan,

but I thought he'd get a little mad at me if I, um,

start recording while he was here.

So I've been waiting for him to leave the house for a couple days. He hasn't left the house for a couple days.

But today, it's his birthday. So happy birthday to stand, I think 44.

So honestly, I should know. I've been here long enough.

But it's his birthday. And apparently he has a birthday celebration where, you know, he goes to the pet co. And he pretends that he wants to buy a dog and they let him play with it to see if it's like the right fit for him.

And then he leaves without, you know, buying the dog or, you know, pursuing any of the paperwork or, you know, the shots of, I don't know how Petco does the business.

But, you know, he ups and gets out of there before they figure out

what's what so he's playing with the dog right now for his birthday uh that's his tradition and uh

i'm here and um honestly you know i do a lot of these smile logs talk about what makes me smile

you know try to try to get other people in like a good mood and just

say what's kind of on my mind, but this one is like, uh, uh, it's something different. So just
