Thank you very much, everyone, for joining us about Brexit.

Obviously, it's a massive topic here in the UK and for everyone around the world, especially in the EU.

It's a topic that's very close to many people's hearts for a lot of different reasons.

And everyone you speak to really has a different opinion on

it, which really doesn't help. So what I'm going to do through this is I'm going to start with

sort of the backstory, if you're like. I'm going to go through the backstory. I'm going to tell you

where we are now. I'm going to talk through what the options are, how that impacts sellers like

yourselves and what we're doing and what you can do to safeguard yourself or what you need to do

when, because there are so many options and it could all change at any minute. So we'll talk through all of that as we go.

So I'm going to start right at the beginning.

So June 2016, the UK government held a referendum for Brexit.

Brexit means the UK leaving Europe.

So that is what the Brexit is about. We had a referendum and we voted

to leave the UK at 49% to 51%. So it was a very, very, very close referendum and basically

we decided the country decided that they wanted to leave Europe.

So that was that.

So that was the first thing that happened.

David Cameron was the prime minister.

And at that point, what happened is David Cameron resigned and said, I don't want Brexit.

I'm leaving.

So he left and Theresa May took over as the new prime minister.

And then we started a process over the next year or so.
