As an American Seller expanding and selling into Europe there is a huge question from many of you, and rightly so, regarding Brexit - what it means for you and what to do to. This is why we thought it was about time we sat down and had a big talk about it in-depth, when it's happening, what exactly we're expecting to happen and how you can best prepare for what it may bring.

| 0:58.7 | So June 2016, the UK government held a referendum for Brexit. |
| 1:04.5 | Brexit means the UK leaving Europe. |
| 1:10.3 | So that is what the Brexit is about. We had a referendum and we voted |
| 1:16.3 | to leave the UK at 49% to 51%. So it was a very, very, very close referendum and basically |
| 1:26.9 | we decided the country decided that they wanted to leave Europe. |
| 1:31.4 | So that was that. |
| 1:32.3 | So that was the first thing that happened. |
| 1:34.1 | David Cameron was the prime minister. |
| 1:35.8 | And at that point, what happened is David Cameron resigned and said, I don't want Brexit. |
| 1:39.2 | I'm leaving. |
| 1:40.1 | So he left and Theresa May took over as the new prime minister. |
| 1:44.7 | And then we started a process over the next year or so. |
